3.3 Free Service Usage Rules
We offer limited free watermark removal services on a **per-device, daily basis**. Any act to modify device/network/browser identifiers or create bulk accounts to bypass free usage limits is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to upload, post, or otherwise transmit images containing:
- Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property of any third party
- Content that violates any law or regulation
- Content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, pornographic, harassing, or otherwise objectionable
- Software viruses or any computer code designed to damage or interfere with computer systems
4.2 Use of Service
You agree not to:
- Use our Serviceforanyillegalactivity
- Bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features of our Service
- Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service
- Scrape, index, or collect information from our Service in any way unless explicitly permitted
- Tamper with Device ID or device identifiers to bypass usage limits.
- Create fake or bulk accounts to abuse free service quotas.

As a SaaS provider, all products and services offered by MarkErase and its business units are non-tangible and irrevocable, so we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and delivered.We hope you can read the terms and conditions carefully before making any payment.

Acceptance of Refund Policy It is highly recommended to know the functionality and features of our product before placing an order to avoid the circumstances of refunds.

For any request or general query, please give us a maximum of 48 hours to get back to you.

Errors occur due to our system bug.
Users are entitled to receive a full refund within 24 HOURS of the first payment.

1.The first payment means initial payment with an identified account, It doesn't include renewal, plan upgrade, or repurchase.
2.Please provide us the thorough and supported reasons for the refund.
3.We do not guarantee refunds forlack of usage or dissatisfaction.
